Chiku AI vs WhileHired: what you actually pay at checkout.
WhileHired is cheaper for the same hours: ₹1,079 all-in versus ₹1,415 for Chiku’s 3-hour pack. Chiku bundles more features. Pick on what you need, not on a slogan.
The numbers below come from Chiku’s rendered pricing page on 2026-10-31, not from a screenshot someone forwarded. We compare their advertised price plus GST, because that is what a buyer pays at checkout.

The sticker is not the total. Here is the total.
Chiku was running a 50% Diwali promotion against ₹2,500/₹4,000/₹6,000 anchors when we captured the page. We compare against the advertised ₹1,199/₹1,999/₹2,999, not the temporary anchor, because that is the number a buyer saw.

What each product actually includes.
Where we could not verify a claim, the table says so. A comparison that hides its gaps is just an advert with a table around it.
| Feature | WhileHired | Chiku AI |
|---|---|---|
| Price for 3 hours | ₹1,079 all-in | ₹1,415 at checkout |
| GST | Included in the price shown | Added at checkout on the advertised price |
| Hours expire? | No. Use them across job searches. | No. Their pricing page says credits never expire. |
| Free entry point | 30 minutes a day, no card, renewed daily. | “No credit card to try” is advertised. The minute allowance was not stated on the pricing page we captured. |
| Screen-share scope | Cue window excluded from screen capture. Tested with Teams, Meet, Zoom and the platform capture APIs. Not claimed against phone cameras. | Advertises “undetectable” on Zoom, Meet, Teams and screen share. We did not verify their claim. |
| Platform | Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop. macOS is in validation, not available. | Not verified in our capture. Check their site before you buy. |
| Answer grounding | Every claim is checked against your resume and the job description. Missing evidence gets an uncertainty line. | Not verified in our capture. We do not make a claim either way. |

| Resume builder | No. Bring the resume you already sent. | Yes, with 5 templates on Standard and all 10 on Pro and above. |

Where Chiku is better
Three things they do that we do not.
- More in one box
- Resume builder, jobs feed, screen capture analysis and a Hinglish style mode are all listed on their plans. WhileHired sells live interview help only. If you want an all-in-one job-search toolkit, their bundle is broader.
- Visible social proof
- They publish a six-figure candidate count and a 4.8 rating. We have not verified either number, and we do not have equivalent proof to show. We are new.
- A bigger content and community machine
- They run a WhatsApp community, a creator programme and a comparison hub. We are starting from zero, and we would rather say so than borrow their numbers.
Where WhileHired is better
Four reasons to pick us instead.
- Cheaper at the payment page
- You save ₹336 on 3 hours, ₹560 on 7 hours and ₹840 on 12 hours, because GST is already inside our price. The comparison uses their advertised price plus their published 18% GST.
- A free first round
- 30 minutes a day, no card, renewed daily. Enough to run one real interview question and decide whether the Cue helps. Chiku advertises a no-card trial too, but did not publish its allowance on the page we captured.
- Answers tied to your own resume
- The product is built around one constraint: if the evidence is not in your Brief, the Cue says so. For a fresher who fears being caught exaggerating, that constraint matters more than a longer feature list.
- A referral that pays the referrer
- 30% of net plan value for 3 months, not a one-time coupon. Your friend gets 3 bonus hours when they first buy a paid plan. The rules are enforced in the database, not in a support agent’s memory.
Choose honestly
You might be better off with Chiku. Here is when.
Pick Chiku if
- You want a resume builder, a jobs feed and screen analysis in the same purchase.
- You want a Hinglish style mode on the paid tiers.
- Their published community and candidate numbers are part of what convinces you.
- You interview on Linux, iOS or Android, which WhileHired does not support.
Pick WhileHired if
- You interview on Windows and want the lowest all-in price for live help.
- You want to run one real interview question free before paying anything.
- You want every suggested claim checked against your own resume.
- You want to earn 30% by referring friends who are also interviewing.

Is WhileHired cheaper than Chiku AI?
Yes, at the payment page. Our 3-hour pack is ₹1,079 including GST. Chiku’s advertised ₹1,199 becomes ₹1,415 after 18% GST. That is a ₹336 difference for the same 180 minutes.
On 7 hours the saving is ₹560, and on 12 hours it is ₹840. Prices were checked on 2026-10-31.
Does Chiku AI include GST in its prices?
No. Their pricing page shows ₹1,199, ₹1,999 and ₹2,999, then adds 18% GST at checkout. Their checkout totals at the time of capture were ₹1,415, ₹2,359 and ₹3,539.
WhileHired displays and charges one all-in price. The GST component is inside the number you see.
Which is better for a fresher in India?
If you want the lowest all-in price for live interview help, WhileHired is the cheaper entry and you can test it free for 30 minutes.
If you also want a resume builder, a jobs feed, screen analysis and a Hinglish style mode in the same purchase, Chiku bundles more. Neither product guarantees an offer, and neither should claim to.
Does WhileHired work on macOS?
Not yet. macOS support is in validation. We will publish a macOS build only after its capture exclusion is verified on real hardware, and we will state exactly which capture tools it is excluded from.
How was this comparison made?
We loaded chiku-ai.in/pricing in a rendered Chrome session on 2026-10-31 and recorded the visible prices, plan names, included minutes, GST treatment and the JSON-LD offer values.
We did not copy their user counts, ratings or logos. We compare only what we could see and verify, and we mark anything we did not verify as unverified.
